How to Build Your Styling Business with the Get Styled Box

Prepare Sign-Up Link for your Clients to your Get Styled Box Service

Log onto your Kollectin App
Navigate to Menu, then select Get Styled Box
Choose one of the folowing options:
- New Get Styled Clients
- Existing Get Styled Clients

Note: You must have a Stylist account to access the Get Styled Box feature

Universal Link (perfect for quick sharing or broadcasting to your entire audience) Share a simple, generic link that allows Clients to sign up before styling
> Use this link to post on social media or share directly via text, QR code, or web link
> Once Clients sign up, you can style them using the Style Existing Client option
Customized Box Link (ideal for Clients you know their styles)
> Send a Personalized Link to Clients whose style preferences you already know
> Pre-select styles for their box using our proven 1️⃣ > 2️⃣ > 3️⃣ success formula, the box will be ready to ship as soon as they sign up
Success Formula:
1️⃣ 1 KOL Exclusive Lifestyle item – Unique jewelry or beauty items Clients keep
2️⃣ 2 KOL Exclusive Brand styles – High-quality basics Clients love
3️⃣ 3 Market Brand styles – Trendy picks to help Clients try something new

Depending on which option you shared your styling link, the process of styling your client remains the same

Once a client signs up, you’ll receive a notification to proceed

Universal Link (Style after the client signs up)

Go to Menu > Get Styled Box > Choose Existing Get Styled Clients
Choose to style One Client or Multiple Clients at the same time (ideal if you want to save time by giving same styles to multiple clients).
Follow the steps to select 6 items for their box
Once completed, their box will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days.

Customized Box Link (Pre-style before the client signs up)

Clients who use the customized link will already have their box pre-styled by you
Once they sign up, the pre-selected 6 items will be shipped directly.

Note:

The styling tool allows you to style One Client at a time or Multiple Clients with similar preferences to save time.
Links do not expire unless an item goes out of stock. In that case, we’ll replace it with a comparable style for you.

Your Client will receive a link to launch the page
They’ll begin by choosing between the Get Styled Box, which you’ve curated, or the Style Myself Box (refer to image). This allows Clients who prefer to style themselves to select their own 6 items. You’ll still earn the same commission, regardless of their choice
On your end, you don’t need to curate the first box again for Clients who signed up, your first Box curation will automatically be processed when they signed up

Your Clients will first be directed to a page outlining the details of the box. For examples, check out: Style Myself Box, Get Styled Box
They will then click on Next and be taken to a payment checkout page to confirm their $20 per month subscription
For Get Styled Box Clients, there’s nothing more they need to do but wait for their boxes to be delivered. Fulfillment will begin, and the boxes will arrive within 5 to 7 days
For Style Myself Box Clients only, they will need to download the Kollectin App to order their own Style Myself Boxes

Your Clients will receive their boxes - They will have 7 days to try-on their items, and return what they don’t keep. If there is no return on the 10th day, Clients will be informed of a full charge for all items
Client will need to download the Kollectin App to return - They will be instructed via email and box inserts
Give $20, Get $20 – First-time Clients can apply $20 towards their box order, and you’ll receive $20 in return!
Once we receive their returns and confirm the final kept & return items, your commissions will be processed

Every month, you’ll receive a list of existing Clients who need styling (don’t worry, we’ll remind you as well!)
All it takes is minutes to style a Client! For more information on how to do it on the App, visit here
$10 Style Kash – Returning Get Styled Box Clients can apply $10 of their subscription fee, while you’ll earn an additional $10 Style Kash as a bonus for your efforts, on top of sales commissions, whether or not an item is kept!

If your Client loves the Get Styled service, ask them to refer you to a new Client!
Give $20 Get $20 works for referrals too! - Ask your Clients to share the Refer & Earn link on their App with a friend to Get Styled by you. Your Clients’ friends will get $20 for their first purchase from the Get Styled Box, and Clients will get $20 as well. It's a great way to support your hard work and acquire new Clients through happy customers!
