CAN YOU TELL US A LITTLE ABOUT YOURSELF?
My name is Hanna Beth. I was born August 24th, 1988 in New York. We moved to Los Angeles when I was 5 & I haven’t lived anywhere else since. I love this city. I started working in social media when I was 18, which is when I was discovered by Buzz Media through my MySpace account. Since then, I have been able to do lots of different work opportunities including fashion design, modeling, a TV show for E Entertainment & I wrote a book. I am a huge animal lover & have a passion for traveling. I collect vintage Barbies & vinyl records. I could eat sushi for every meal & have an obsession for glitter. I’ve been wearing it since I was 14.
WHAT ARE YOUR ASPIRATIONS?
I would love to write another book. I have been into writing my whole life & for me it is my therapy. I want to help spread love in the world. I am very open about the obstacles I have overcome, because no one is perfect & it’s important that the younger generation can see that & understand that what you see on social media is just a small part of someone’s life. You just see what they want you to see.
WHO ARE YOUR MUSIC AND FASHION INSPIRATIONS?
Most of my fashion/music inspirations are older. I was always very inspired by Warhol’s factory & Edie Sedgwick. I think it’s iconic what Vivianne Westwood did with fashion & how she was able to create a whole fashion movement while the punk 77 era was being born. I love the Sex Pistols, David Bowie, Iggy Pop...people who aren’t afraid to take risks & turn fashion into art.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE ACCESSORY? SOMETHING YOU CAN’T LEAVE HOME WITHOUT.
I can’t leave home without my purse & all of my rings. I feel naked without them. My purse carries all my essentials & I always like to be prepared. I don’t remember the last time I left the house without one.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR PERSONAL STYLE?
My style is very unique, I don’t like sticking to one look. To me, fashion is art, so I enjoy being able to express myself through my fashion. I can go from punk, to boho, to tomboy...it just depends on my mood. One thing that is always consistent is that I am ALWAYS wearing glitter.
AS A KOLLECTIN STYLE STAR, HOW HAVE YOU BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN USING KOLLECTIN TO SHOW YOUR PERSONAL STYLE AND INFLUENCE OTHERS? WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT KOLLECTIN?
I am new to Kollectin & I am just starting to get into it. All of the pieces I have chosen represent my style and who I am. I love adding the jewelry to all my different looks. The pieces I chose are diverse, so you don’t have to have a certain style to rock them. My favorite thing about the app is that I am able to share things I love with my followers, plus the price point is very reasonable which is always a plus.

In the future I will hopefully be releasing another book. I want to continue with fashion design & helping brands with social content. I am excited about growing my Kollectin store & I am also getting into art dealing. I like staying busy & trying new things. I just want to be creative, spread love & make the world a better place.
